How do I check my Chick-fil-A gift card balance? +
Open the Chick-fil-A app, tap Gift Cards, and select your card. You can also check online at chick-fil-a.com/gift-cards or call 1-888-232-1864.
How do I transfer a physical gift card to the app? +
In the Chick-fil-A app, tap Scan, then Add Funds, then Transfer a gift card and follow the prompts.
What if my gift card is lost or stolen? +
If the card was registered in the app, contact support through the app or call 1-888-232-1864 with your purchase receipt. Unregistered cards may not be replaceable.
Why is my gift card balance not showing? +
Make sure the card finished transferring in the app, refresh the Gift Cards screen, or confirm the card was activated at purchase.
Can I reload a Chick-fil-A gift card? +
Yes. Reload in the app, at the register, or online when checking balance in many cases.
