Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  2. Place the chopped kale and cabbage in a bowl and pour the dressing over.
  3. Massage the kale with your hands for 1–2 minutes to soften it.
  4. Let it sit 10 minutes, then top with chopped almonds before serving.
